Stephen Nold’s Summary
I founded Advon Technologies in 1992 to create a company of talented individuals solving the technology challenges of industry-leading organizations. I defined three business units to deliver our services:
- consulting
- a supplier/buyer directory (MeetingTechOnline.com)
- MTO Summit - VIP buyer event

My relationship with technology buyers combined with my expertise in innovation differentiates the company from other consultants. I lead on all projects. Today, our client list includes associations, show producers and corporate brands seeking to design and execute media solutions utilizing proven innovation.

With an MBA from the University of Texas Dallas and a foundation in market research, I began my career working on large-scale research projects for several Fortune 100 clients. I moved into organization marketing to apply my business skills to face-to-face marketing.

As a speaker, I address the evolution of traditional and new media marketing, offering a light-hearted view on the 'great marketing shift' impacting organization brands. I am the technology columnist for Tradeshow Week with my featured Event Tech blog.
